Please perform the following troubleshooting steps (In order)*

Forget All SGC Wireless Networks from your device(s)Including StudentNet, GuestNet, StaffNet, STGCStudent, STGCGuest.

Reboot device(s)

Connect to StudentNet

StudentNet runs on the 5Ghz frequency which does not travel as far as GuestNet’s 2.4Ghz but is less suspectable to interference.
We recommend trying StudentNet first as it is preferred. Though if you are experiencing drop-outs, please connect only to GuestNet.

(iOS Only) Disable Private Wi-Fi AddressPress the little ‘ i ‘ icon next to the Wireless Connection

Reboot device(s) again
